I applied online and the process took 4 days - interviewed at Citi in May 2012.

Interview Details Telephone interview was easy competency questions. However, assessment centre was dependent on the level of difficulty imposed by the interviewer. All interviewees received different interviewers - random allocation.

I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Citi in June 2014.

Interview Details I have many friends that work at Citi and have the full qualifications for the position. I initially got rejected a day after I submitted the application online. A Director in a different department (friend) reached out to the director of Customer Service to set up a phone interview. I failed the phone interview with HR because I was "too direct" and got rejected a day later. One more string was pulled and I got a face to face interview with the Director of Customer Service. I feel it was an obligatory interview because she was asked to follow up.

Interview Details There was a phone interview followed by Superday interviews. They hired about half of the people who came in for the final round. Typical mix of fit and technical questions. I met with 3 senior bankers.

Interview Details There was the initial computer test and questions asking about your experiences/background, then there was a group telephone interview, followed by a face-to-face interview with a hiring manager.

Interview Details Hiring process is similar to other fortune 500 firms. Also helps to network and know people within the firm. Interview process was ok. It was not what I expected as we hardly discussed relevant experience. Interview consisted of sports, strengths and weaknesses. I expect to hear from the interviewer soon.

Interview Details Applied through referral. Was contacted in 2weeks and was asked to come for a particular position.HR in the initial communication did mentioned i was required to fill a form so that they have record if i am not selected for the role. On attending the interview I was told I am being interviewed for another role. I was explained the role well and interviewers were polite.

Interview Details First I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview. Pretty easy but a lot is to educate you about the position. Next round was with two managers in the audit department. Both nice guys but the interview felt high pressure and could tell the expected a lot from candidates. After the interview, I felt like they didn't learn anything about me.

Interview Details It is a video tape interview. After hearing back from the company, you will receive a link for the online interview. Several questions will be recorded. Before recording the questions, the system will guide you to prepare the internet, voice, and screen well. No questions such as tell me about yourself, why citi? Instead, the questions are straight forward to the position you apply. Nothing unexpected.

I applied online and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Citi in May 2014.

Interview Details I got a phone interview first, the lady was really nice. Questions were simple, they just want to see if you're interested in the position. Then I got invited to their office for 2 tests, the third one was done online, quite difficult (You can practice it on TalentQ though). After that, there was another interview with the HR people. It took about 40 minutes, mainly competency questions, nothing unexpected.
