I applied through a recruiter and the process took 6 weeks - interviewed at Deloitte in December 2012.

Interview Details was contacted by the internal HR on Edlinc . The next day another HR contacted me for Interview. I had the first Phone Technical Interview with one of the Sr. Manager followed by 2nd tech interview which was in form of a conference call. The fowling mooning I received a email from the HR that they got a very positive feedback from the conference technical phone interview and the will like to meet with me in person at their Richmond Office.

They scheduled the flight and accommodation for the interview.

The F2F technical interview went well. I was asked some technical interview questions regarding my technical experience and achievements

The next day, I got a call from the He that they will like to make an offer.

They were very organized and the on boarding process was highly perfect as everything was automated.

Interview Question – Give an example a nd walk them through a project that was you most proud of   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – The next day, After the F2F interviewI got a call from the HR that they will like to make an offer. The negociation went well with some other benefits which was a little more than the salary I was earning when I was working for another company in Richmond VA about 2 yrs ago.
