    Cons

The bonus pool disintegrated every year as the work burden increased and salaries stagnated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

IT help was adequate but more was needed in a timely manner.

I have been working at Citi full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Global bank that will allow for you to grow in many different departments within the company. A good work life balance at Citi.

    Cons

Citi has an opportunity when it comes to pay and pay increase, but in the end everyone feels that way about the job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep seeking talented people who want to build a career and not just a paycheck. That is why Citi has been in the marketplace since 1912.
