Former Employee – worked at Google part-time for less than a year
Pros – Has the best employee environment and gives the best facilities to them. A family like atmosphere inside company without bounds makes you enjoy your work.
Cons – It actually has none as far as I could find. You name anything and Google had already thought of it and worked upon it.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Former Employee – worked at Google as an intern for less than a year
Pros – The food is good. The events can be fun. MBA Interns get a few special events to participate in.
Cons – Google Enterprise was not a good place to intern with. The company isn't exactly sure whether it wants to invest in enterprise because the sales capacity to close a deal is not ideal compared to advertising. The summer was pretty lonely because the Partner Programs team is all seated in London or Europe. My manager didn't seem to really know what he wanted out of the project I was working on.
Advice to Senior Management – - Better alignment between project and company goals
- Don't put an intern on an island
- Your pitch at MBA schools isn't the greatest - refine so it doesn't sound too arrogant

Current Employee – been working at Google as an intern for less than a year
Pros – You work with the smartest engineers in the world. You solve very difficult problems. You eat delicious food.
Cons – You eat too much delicious food. On a more serious note, it may be a bit difficult to separate work from life because of how closely Google seems to integrate its people. You'll have to work very hard to have a life outside of your code.
Advice to Senior Management – The recruitment process sometimes seems a little messy.
