I have been working at Higher One part-time for less than a year
Pros – Wonderful training/support, and co-workers. Finally a call center that makes you feel valued! I love working here.
Cons – Seasonal but that could be a plus for some
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the great company culture /values
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

“motivating work place.”
I have been working at Higher One
Pros – The culture of Higher One is one that lives its values, embraces their entreprenurial spirit and encourages innovation. It is also filled with some very smart people!
Cons – Not much to say in this area. Perhaps the location. Not much in the area for lunch, must drive to downtown. The new building will have a cafeteria though.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
