    The work culture is great, The facilities are surplus. Plus the work timings are very flexible, Also the routine job is sparkled with outings , open discussions and other moral booster events

    free drinks, startup enviroment (microsoft foundry), all interns, own the product from start to finish

    Cons

    very few, hard to leave work (cause fun), no overtime - salaried, food on site wasnt great?

    Keep doing what you're doing! Microsoft is an awesome place, and a company i'd love to keep working at for many years to come. Can't wait to see where the company is headed!

    Pros

    It is one of the biggest software company in the world. Many famous expert in MSRA that teach me how to develop a software in research thought.

    Cons

    Projects are not in mature designed here because they are research projects that cannot predict the reaction of users.

    Pros

    It is a world biggest IT company, everyone like working there. You can make a lot of friends there,and enjoy the working environment there!

    Cons

    They have all the smartest people there, you have to compete with them and that will be the hardest thing I think if you want to work there.

    Pros

    Work flexibility is great (home office when needed or more productive). Performance orientation with rewards associated to achievements. Smart people. Quality of workplace and comfort. Access to knowledge is made easy by the collaborative culture present in the company

    Cons

    The pressure might be considered overwhelming by some during closing periods. Results before everything mindset might not suit everyone

    Less focus on short term objectives by the quarter and more on yearly or even 2 to 3 years objectives
