    OB is OK

Financial Analyst (Former Employee) Canton, MA (US)

ProsThe finance department has some pleasant people to work with. Management appears to care about helping you develop professionally and be healthy.

ConsThe company was going through a lot of changes when I worked there. The pay is low and since they went public they were doing everything possible to bring down their expense ratio, aka laying off a lot of people and taking away a lot of employee benefits. The finance department doesn't have much room for growth. It also had a very political feel to it.

Decent place, too mired in old-school practices.

Network Support Engineer (Former Employee) Melville, NY (US)

    ProsGreat benefits package. Salary competitive.

ConsSomewhat top-heavy. More managers than workers.

Advice to Senior ManagementAdapt faster with the industry.

OK to work at, but not terribly exciting.

Data Analyst (Current Employee) Canton, MA (US)

ProsFlexible hours, opportunity to work from home if needed. Benefits are fair.

ConsPeople work the most insane hours; it is not out of the question to get an e-mail from someone at 6 AM on a Sunday morning. Also, everyone is right on top of one another; claustrophobes beware.

Advice to Senior ManagementI think there should be more incentive for younger people to work here- current technologies are antiquated, and there is little dynamicism within the company.
