    Pros

I learned many things from process improvement projects and cross business functions. I got international exposure from RBS too.

    Cons

I felt that sometimes, there were too strict rules and hierarchy. I don't really like it. Also, it was not easy to change functions and moved to another place.

    Advice to Management

Have more whole picture about the future banking trend. Even though some managers were nice and smart, but too many constraints.

    Pros

Reasonably competitive salaries, option to move to different departments, central locations which are easy to reach, potential to gain qualifications if your face fits.

    Cons

Difficult to progress, will offer less money where possible which causes little consistency across employees with the same job title, on projects a lot of senior management are contractors and less committed to the company as a whole

    Advice to Management

    Keep communications honest
