I have been working at Rudolph Technologies full-time

    Pros

You will not be bored. Rudolph is very customer focused so there is a constant stream of new projects and accounts coming in monthly. Rudolph prefers a lean organization requiring above average hours, but in turn the compensation is also above average. There are a lot of great people who want to do well and work hard as a team. There is a fun committee which focuses team building activities.

    Cons

Rudolph executive management believes the best way to grow the company is through acquisition rather than organic growth. Failed acquisitions have hurt more than successful ones have helped. Rudolph is very focused on quarterly numbers and head count which results in a bias towards short term management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Rudolph's bias towards lean is hindering growth. Rudolph's business unit structure is unnecessarily complex for the size of the company.

I have been working at Rudolph Technologies as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

    A nice work environment.
Good compensation, but no benefits(makes sense for an intern).
You are given actual work and not just some testing work.
    Relatively flexible hours.

    Cons

At first the projects being developed are a little hard to understand.
Getting used to how they released their software seemed odd, but that could just be because that was my first time working as a software engineer.

    I worked at Rudolph Technologies

    Pros

Worked with small groups. Company was good at letting people know what's going on. Also had many merges to expand the product lines.

    Cons

Inadequate trainings. I felt people were not willing to provide technical information to help new hires.
