Pros – On site opportunity, great work exposure with client.
Cons – No benefits, no hike. Stupid higher management.

Cons – Weak management, less infrastructure for bench guys
Advice to Senior Management – Improve the level of processes that will help organization to grow steadily.

I worked at Syntel full-time for more than a year
Pros – Nice work life balance,Good onsite opportunities,good transport facilities, For an entry level person, if you show dedication and work hard,you will grow.
Cons – Compensation is not as per the market standards for freshers and yearly appraisals are also not good for freshers which makes financial growth difficult.
Advice to Senior Management – Internal Training which is conducted every month should focus on newer technologies.Current training focuses on old technologies and the calender keeps on repeating.

I have been working at Syntel full-time for more than a year
Pros – 1) Good culture 2) Flexible working hours 3) Good financial instrument knowledge if you stay for a long time it will boost your resume.
Cons – 1) Less payments 2)Long working hours with out Overtime salary, incentives are only given to seniors based on ratings, but if you are only looking for knowledge then this company is too good.
Not seen any politics yet.
Advice to Senior Management – 1)Interact with employees, spread knowledge, Give proper Ratings based on their hard work,
