Pros – Colleagues are friendly and very team-oriented.

Cons – The Indian accent needs some getting used to.

Advice to Senior Management – Reduce bureaucracy to effect more efficient processes.

Pros – > Lots of Onshore opportunities.
> If you stay longer in one project, you get high visibility and better work.
> Flexible work timings

Cons – > Not a good appraisal process.
> No emphasis on technical trainings
> Compensation in India is affected if you are working onshore.

Advice to Senior Management – They should really start working aggressively, to increase its customer base, Its been really almost the same sized company for past 10 years.
Also the appraisal process needs to be more transparent.

Pros – They value human potential. Try to provide growth opportunities to people. Salaries are competitive. Good performances are recognized. Lots of onsite opportunities.

Cons – Do not invest in buffer resources. Many accounts struggle due to non-supply of resources in time. Recruitment process is not rigorous leading to bad resources coming in.

Advice to Senior Management – Have more buffer resources. Spend more on Training employees on technical and soft skills.
