A good couple of years in the A/Pac investment team

    Investment Analyst (Former Employee)

ProsGood group of people, innovative, strong team culture, team off-sites with rest of the A/Pac Investments team, contact with a lot of asset managers and the investment styles. some mobility within the global team.

ConsCareer progression is not always clear, pay determinations are always fuzzy, limited ability to progress past a certain point.

    Fast paced

Pension Benefits Analyst (Current Employee) Boston, MA (US)

ProsLot of very knowledgeable employees. If you prove your worth and knowledge they will reward you. The products being offered to clients are very good and the collaboration between teams continues to get better. Lots of new work in the pipeline for the future.

ConsWith those rewards they can lose sight of how much someone can possibly handle at once. Can be very high turnover in lower levels which leads to lack of consistent work product.

Middle management struggling to get upper managements ideas into motion

Great company before merger, but still good now

    Anonymous (Former Employee)

ProsColleagues are professional and smart. Reputation has already been built up, especially in the Exec Comp field. Top pay among peer companies, but definitely require top performance.

ConsLegacy Towers Perrin has a different culture with Legacy Watson Wyatt. After merger, there's culture conflict when team members are from two legacies. Also there's a organizational restructuring which does not bring any good to integration.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
