The company I work for only gives 1 bonus per year-at year end. This past December 15 the VP (out of the blue) calls each of 7 GMs and tells us that we have to wait until middle to end of January to receive our bonuses. Here it is last week of January and we are told now that it won't be until the middle of February. He said they have to "close the books". When companies as large as Marriott can close their books by January 10, am I the only one that thinks something's fishy here?
