It was a short process compared to other firms in the industry with one phone interview followed by a in person interview at the office where your colleagues will be introduced.

Smooth, 3 step process with a phone call, in person, and then a target market presentation. I had the same interviewer for the whole process who ended up being my manager.

The interview process was pretty quick and easy. It started off with a phone call screening, then a zoom interview, and then an in-person interview. Doesn't take months like other companies.

Drawn out process that lasted around 5-7 weeks. Limited communication until final round. No offer extended but references given. Nice interviewer who genuinely seemed to enjoy their job and paid attention to details.

Very easy interview, not much detail was covered. The interview process only lasts 2/3 rounds maximum. Go in prepared with knowledge on insurance and retirement plans to be ahead of the curve.

First round: phone screening, second round: video call, third round: presentation about your passion. The FA was talking very fast and mentioned the payment methods: salary or commission-based. Be prepared to take note of the remuneration methods and to indicate which one you prefer the most.

I reached out on LinkedIn about applying and when I went to the interview they told me it was 3 parts. I only made it past the first round. They are looking for people to go around Austin Schools to help the faculty. This was not expressed anywhere before applying. I was told you will work hard and make less money but the more time you work you work less and get more money.
