Interview Details I was contacted quickly by a recuiter (just a few days). I went to the interview. It was a standard interview for a staffing agencies with the computer tests etc. The recruiter said she had a few positions she had in mind for me and would contact me in the next few days. Never heard from her even after I sent an e-mail. Waste of time.

I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Aerotek in March 2011.

Interview Details The initial interview was pretty basic and general questions were asked, mostly about your experience in former employment. You were greeted right away and the paperwork was minimal. It helps to bring a detailed resume so they have an idea as to what you can do.They tell you how it all works and I am sure this temp service works better for office type jobs than construction types.

Interview Question – For me to explain all the vast experience I have in the construction field to someone who has none was challenging, but no one popped any surprise question. I had a better interview with the company they sent me to for the temp job.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – There is no negotiations unless the company you are hired temporarily wants to hire you permanent.
