Interview Details First I got a phone call from recruiter about this ALT embedded software position, this position need embedded system development experience like WinCE, Windows Mobile, Linux, ... Several days later got on-site interview with the HR, he was checking my skill and experince will fit into this position or not. Took another week to get another interview with the technical team about the expereince in LCD interface, 2D/3D, debug and development experience. Asked a question about how to make sure the LCD memory is correct during the manufacture process, and currently they have only 40% of successful rate, how to imporve it. Some diffcult tech problems relative to graphic driver and how you will deal with it
