Interview Details
I got lucky. I went there just on time since they were hiring seasonal associates. The hiring manager accepted my resume and got me scheduled for an interview right there and then! It was a group interview. Very casual. For them to like you, you just have to be really friendly!! They ask you questions like, why AE, what is good customer service for you, and where do you get your fashion inspiration from.
They called me the same day to let me know I got the job! The orientation was the Sunday after that. And my first day was exactly a week after the orientation.

Interview Details Had to go in store to get application. They prefer it if you take it home and bring it back. I attached a letter of recommendation which impressed them (letter not mandatory). First impressions are very very important. You are judged from the moment you walk in their store and ask for an application. Make sure they remember you. The interview took about 15 minutes and then I filled out a 5 minute survey online in the back. They asked the basic questions: Why do you want to work here? When would you be able to start? Do you have transportation?

Interview Details One interview, getting an interview was pretty much getting the job. I showed up 2 times after applying and one male manager seemed like a decent guy said he could tell I really wanted it he took my name and put my app on top he said. I came to interview and bombed it out of nervousness and had poor answers compared to the other 2 people interviewing with me. Yet they hired all of us. Maybe she liked the fact i was nervous and needed the job or maybe she knew she was hiring all of us.
Interview Question – Many questions had to do with customer interaction and im naturally shy so i made up the best answers i could. Nothing seemed unreasonable or off the wall. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No negotiation at all. Start at minimum wage.

Interview Details They will ask you your skills on working with other people, on a team, a time where you failed to meet a goal or deadline, and they will also ask you to go into the store and pick out an outfit that you'd suggest to a 17 year old guy (that's how my interview went). Just be sure to be friendly, EYE CONTACT, able to sell yourself (while working it'll be the product) and be yourself because that's pretty much what the job entitles you to be.
Interview Question – Basically the question of meeting a deadline / goal. View Answer
