Accepted Offer – Interviewed on Charlotte, NC (US) Feb 2012 – Reviewed Dec 05, 2012
Interview Details interview questions were standard surrounding how you handle difficult situations, because you will be expected to deal with difficult situations with customers daily. The overall process is quick, the interview may take about 30minutes. That is really all it takes to tell if you can handle the job and its responsibilities. Cash handling experience is of course preferred but not required.
Interview Question – If you had to be any animal what would it be? this question will not hurt you entirely if you answer a certain way. there is obviously no wrong answer, but in a sales environment they are looking for aggressive people who will continue to try after being told no. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – My negotiation was quick, and my recruiter was great, I was offered more than the average listed on 4 websites so I gladly accepted and did not counter offer. The benefits are great so no need to touch base there.
Other Details - I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 weeks.
