Interview Details Got hired internally. Interview process was natural. It was convenient for the banking center manager to come down and interview. Asked a few questions. Tell them you want to grow in the bank and most likely they'll hire you. It's a month long training process so they don't want someone who's going to leave after a few months.
Interview Question – Be ready for a role play where you have to sell something. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – A few phone calls negotiating pay.
Other Details - I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2 weeks.
