Interview Details The best way to be hired at Cargill as an experienced professional is to look at their website and maximize relationships you have with anyone that works there or knows someone that works there. There's a relatively small reward if an employee refers a new employee, so it is worth it for them if an existing employee believes you will do a good job.
Interview Question – The questions weren't difficult, they were solely looking for an understanding of my capabilities and were inclined to believe I could perform in areas where I had little or no expertise because other professional experience was relevant and transferable. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – They were not very flexible on very many things through the negotiation, but I think that depends on which position/department and how highly sought after your skills are to them.
