Delivery Driver at Domino's

Accepted Offer – Interviewed on Staten Island, NY (US) Feb 2011 – Reviewed May 02, 2013

Interview Details They are desperate for drivers. You keep 1 dollar from every delivery to cover gas. Every night, I always have to spend at least an extra 5 for gas. Most people quit because the store does not care what happens to you and your car. One person got into a car accident and next thing I know he lost his job.

All they care about is a good driving history, basic math, and availability. No matter how socially horrible you are, as long as you have those three things you are a shoe in. I mean, this is not a surgeon's position or anything.

Negotiation Details – No negotiation. It's whatever Min. Wage rate was with no chance of a raise.
