Software Developer at Ericsson-Worldwide

Accepted Offer – Interviewed on Budapest (Hungary) May 2009 – Reviewed Apr 07, 2013

Interview Details The hire process had three stages + CV stages.
0) Send them your CV
1) If they are interested in you, then you will have 1-4 test (1 hour as a maximum / per each). You don't have to fill all of the test. The following topic were in the test
i) c ii) c++ iii) java iv) IP v) hardware stuff.
2) If at least one of your test made them interested in you then you were asked to take part in a face-to-face interview. The talk was about i) general speaking about you ii) skeaping about your skill iii) what salary you want iv) testing your English knowledge.
3) Every "junior" was send to a psychologist to take a test, I remember there were some weird questions like "Some time I feel I would hit someone" True / False

If you passed all test you were hired. Reading it back it seems to be odd / hard, but it wasn't that hard.

Interview Question – General questions, for example what does finalize mean (java), some pointer arithmetics (C), there were no copy-constructor but the class contained pointers (C++), etc   Answer Question
