Interview Details
First Round - Online aptitude examination.
Questions were mainly asked from verbal and quantitative ability. Also there were questions from attention to detail, charts and graphs sections.
Round Two - Group Discussion
Round Three - Technical Interview - Questions were from basics of our engineering field.
Round Four - HR Interview - General questions like why ericsson, your achievements and ambitions, etc.

Interview Details Recruitment process consist of a technical interview with Ericsson people and a HR interview which discussed mainly salary, benefits and confidentiality clauses.
Interview Question – I was asked about the design and engineering of a mobile network. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – The initial salary that was given to me was very low and we had to haggle to a reasonable price that would be applicable to my broad experience. In the end, I was able to work out a deal that was acceptable to both parties.

1. keep calling the contact in the ericsson job page until they say that they will shortlist and forward your profile to the hiring manager.
1st round... quantitative test. very easy for asians. i scored 99% ile pretty easy... just practise for a few mock tests and good to go.
2nd round... interview with the third party HR, who will see if you have done what you say in the CV. they wouldnt know a thing of what tech it is.. just to see your confidence levels and your "gelling with the swedish".
3rd round... with manager. some can ask a few tech Qs about your CV .. some will simply check your behaviour... whether you are a good team player or not.

Negotiation Details – email negotiations.... swedish dont generally like to negotiate in person! always negotiate with some statistics backing.

The hire process had three stages + CV stages.
0) Send them your CV
1) If they are interested in you, then you will have 1-4 test (1 hour as a maximum / per each). You don't have to fill all of the test. The following topic were in the test
i) c ii) c++ iii) java iv) IP v) hardware stuff.
2) If at least one of your test made them interested in you then you were asked to take part in a face-to-face interview. The talk was about i) general speaking about you ii) skeaping about your skill iii) what salary you want iv) testing your English knowledge.
3) Every "junior" was send to a psychologist to take a test, I remember there were some weird questions like "Some time I feel I would hit someone" True / False
If you passed all test you were hired. Reading it back it seems to be odd / hard, but it wasn't that hard.
