Applicants are called for phone interview with an HR representative who asks standard questions. Then, if you are successful with that interview, the HR representative forwards your responses and application to the nurse manager(s) of the position(s) you applied for. You are then called for an in-person interview if that nursing manager is interested in your application. Next, you meet with the nurse manager one-on-one for an in-person interview. For some positions, the nurse manager might then have you also interview with a panel of nursing you would work closely with.
