I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Fidelity Investments.
Interview Details Interview was straight forward. Hiring process with the HR person was a mess. She had no clue about the job/questions to answer and timeline.
Interview Question – N/A/ Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Straightforward, though the HR rep was clueless
I applied through an employee referral and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Fidelity Investments in August 2010.
Interview Details I was referred by a fidelity employee and went to an informal lunch with the branch manager and this employee. This was followed a week later by a 1:1 interview with the branch manager where I was asked about my past job experience and interest in the position. I had a second formal interview with a panel where I was asked to role play asking a current client for a referral. I had a phone interview with HR and then filled out an online application. The whole process took about a month...slow follow-up IMO
Negotiation Details – Did not negotiate
