Just to be sure that I got my interview, I applied in person every day for a week to make sure the employees got to know me. It ended up working out. the interview itself was relatively easy and casual. my interviewer admitted that it was his very first interview as well.

In my opinion the interview was unprofessional. The interviewer was rude, condescending, and far more casual than what I consider appropriate. The sales rep position for which I applied was heavily focused on quotas and the interviewer (store manager) made comments about my appearance and how it could benefit my ability to sell subscriptions. It was inappropriate.

I don't recall any questions being asked, instead I had to ask....it was bizarre.
Very hard to contact the employers. Also a very odd work environment with little respect for employees. Could tell from the interview that the company did not seem like one that would be pleasant to work for.
It was more of an interview to see your personality and how you hold conversations. Very light and easy going. Took about 25 minutes or so. They called back within a few days.
