Interview Details Applied online. Phone interview that lasted about an hour. Asked behavioural/situational questions. Expected scenario, challenge, approach, lesson, and application elsewhere. Also had technical screening with some Java/mysql concepts. Got onsite interview a week later. Similar questions asked again.

Interview Details Met a recruiter but I think she offered me an interview because their table was not that popular. She asked me right off the bat if I was comfortable with Excel and pivot tables. I told her I was decent and went home to learn more about pivot tables. When I admitted that I had done research the night before, the recruiters seemed to like that because one of the interview questions was "How do you learn new material?". The rest of the questions were STEM and asked me about group projects I had been in. They also asked if I would be willing to relocate to Detroit. I got a second round interview with one of the previous recruiters and an IT manager who asked me the same questions again but overall, didn't get an offer.

Interview Details Received a call from Talent Acquisition rep. Asked some prescreening interview questions.
Received a detailed email with details for a face-to-face interview. It included directions, tips regarding their behavorial interview.
Had half hour meeting with a Talent Acquisition/HR rep.
Then had a one hour interview with the hiring manager and another lady.
Immediately after, had another one hour interview with two men.
In both meetings, tag teamed with behavorial interview questions.

Interview Details I interviewed for the powertrain engineering position at the powertrain facility in Pontiac. There was a phone interview then they flew me into Michigan for the second interview. Both interviews were more behavioral than technical, which seemed odd. The second round interviews were with two different managers, both were about an hour long.

Negotiation Details – Entry level position coming from a 3PL contract company. I didnt negotiate much but was pretty happy with the offer

Interview Details Did not know that GM actually interviewed on campus. Hiring process was relatively painless. Hiring manager gave the sit rep about the company and why they were hiring. I was then given a panel interview by other employees. Most of the questions were actually behavioral, not technical, which surprised me a bit.

Interview Details Conducted a phone interview first with HR. Received a packet in the mail explaining the interview process. Phone interview went well and then scheduled an in person interview. In person interview was with three different people, one was the hiring manager. I received different questions from each person but was expected to answer each question within the STAR format (Situation, Tasks, Actions, and Results). It took another week, and they scheduled my drug test. I passed all tests and was offered a job.

Negotiation Details – There was no negotiation, I was expected to take what they offered. For my experience, it was actually a good offer.
