I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Google
Interview
The initial phone call going over the resume. A phone call about a week later for an interview, talking about the traditional interview questions such as a time you had to do something repetitively, how you kept it interesting. During the final interview, do your RESEARCH! Know everything about the position you are applying for and the department it is in. Even know the names of the people in charge and their position titles.
The interview process was great, I learned a lot about the business and people working for the company. There were multiple stages and everyone was very friendly.
