They hand you a bunch of paperwork to fill out and when you are finished they then ask you questions about why you would be good for the position. Typical interview questions.

Many say care giving is a thankless job to have, what is your position on this assertion?
Wasn’t really an interview at all, they gave me the job right away which seemed strange. Need to go back for background test and drug test as well as orientation / training.
The interview process was rather standard except for the fact that the interview stopped once they knew my address and told me I had to go somewhere else within the company. None of this was explained in the listing.
Very easy, basic interview questions and just be yourself. They asked tell me about yourself, what are you strengths and weakness and why did you want to work with them
