Interview Details I applied online for customer care associates part time job in JC penny. I got a call within 1 week. I attended interview. It was one person interview . I had no prior experience in customer care associates.They asked me what is your idea about customer care, how would handle angry customer, give some example situation of good customer service ,,etc..
