    Very prompt and efficient in their responses in the lead up to the interview. Helpful in answering questions about the process before and after the interview.
    Interview was well conducted and professional with the classic questions asked (split up between technical and "fit"). Nothing out of left field but was asked a few topical things (how would you value Groupon? Any social network?).

    interview process involved 5 senior professionals: four executive directors and one vice president
    the process focused on two elements: 1) career path and 2) acquired skill set
    there was no quant test per se but knowledge was tested through detailed explanation of past experience

    Applied online through company website. Wasn't exactly sure about the entire process because I knew no one in the area of interest. Typical phone interview with an employee. Mainly asked behavioral questions. There were no technical questions at all.

    2 phone interviews before on site interview day.
    5-6 in person and conference call interviews on site the day of.
    On the on site portion I was placed in a conference room in one of their downtown (financial district offices) and the interviewers were brought in throughout the day to conduct the interviews.
    This was for a technical position and most questions reflected real business use cases faced in the past or that the team was currently facing.

    Must get sign off of senior managers before you are hired.

    Suit and tie are required even when applying to a tech role. Dont screw that up.

    There were two face to face interview. First one consist of basic questions on database, string manipulation and simple C pointer questions as well as behavioral questions.
    Second round had questions from Design patterns (a lot of them), brain teasers, and data structure and OOP questions.

    Round 1: Competency based focussing on motivation, leadership, teamwork, ethical dilema, recent news.

    Round 2: Similar to round 1 but with a brain teaser/estimate question, example to demonstrate resilience.

    Group exercise: 30 min preps with 5 min presentation.

    Interviewers were genuinely very nice, make you feel relaxed.
