Accepted Offer – Reviewed Jan 28, 2013
Interview Details Very casual standard interview with the manager of the line of business that posted the position. With one exception the questions were very standard. I should note that my resume made me an exceptionally well qualified candidate for the position
Interview Question – The most surprising question asked was "How do you address office politics while working on a project?" Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I was very clear when I applied that I needed a full month to finish a project with a another employer before I could start work with JPMC. The negotiation phase moved very quickly and the company pushed very hard to on-board me ahead of schedule.
Other Details - I applied through an employee referral and the process took 1 week.
