Interview Details Can sometimes be lenghty. When you apply on line it can take a bit longer. A outisde company will call you and schedule the first interview. If you happen to be a client applying or in person, you sometimes have a meeting with the Center Director. Then you wait and see if the Area Director is coming to town or if you'll be doing a phone interview.

Interview Details I was first interviewed by phone, then was interviewed in office. Waited a little over a week for my final answer, which was, they had picked another candidate that had previously worked for Jenny and has experience. I thought my interview went very well and was pretty sure I had the job. The phone interview caught me off guard, not much time to think, but the un person.interview questions were almost identical.

Negotiation Details – i was hired as part-time only. Unfortunately, management set her up to be fired - she was fired after i went through training. Very confusing to me, she had a great column and hit 40,000 a few time during her term. I found the same thing happening with me. I was set up to be fired

Interview Details Was interviewed by two tiers of management, and one was extremely domineering and intimidating. The interview process is easy to pass, its easy to figure out what it is they want you to say. The interview process to get to the face to face interview was also as easy. I got the feeling that as long as you sound intelligent and look presentable, and have a pulse, you'll do.
Interview Question – I was asked if I would be completely available during all hours of operation, and was told I could possilby be working all hours if staffing dictated. That's more than 40 hours a week. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There was none.

Interview Details I first applied online for the job and then was called in for the interview. It was followed up by one last phone interview by the Market Director and I was hired. The interview questions was fairly simple, such as: if you had a client that wasn't motivated when she came in, how could you motivate her to want to reach her weightloss goals?
Interview Question – "try to sell me a product in the centre"....this I found difficult because the knowledge of the products wasn't there, being that it was an interview and not an introduction to the program. View Answer
