Didn't take long and the director was nice and welcoming. She explained in detail everything expected for the job. We also did a tour around the building and lots of helpful training.

I did a zoom interview with the director. It went great. She was easy to talk to and after discussing why I would be a good fit, she offered me the position.
- If you had an issue with another co-worker, how would you go about resolving it?

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at KinderCare Learning Centers in Aug 2017
interviewed on the phone at first. typical interview questions about experience and why i wanted to work there. Then I interviewed with the center director. She was very friendly and easy to talk to and hired me right away.
- There wasn't a difficult question it was all very typical I had more questions about how the place was ran than they had questions for me.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KinderCare Learning Centers (Scranton, PA) in Aug 2012
Apply on-line through Kindercare website (open positions are listed). I first completed a phone interview and was asked to come in for an additional interview. The phone interview lasted around 15 minutes and the follow up interview lasted about an hour (included a tour of the facility). The questions were expected for any type of teaching position (Name a time when you stood up for something that wasn't a popular decision, how do you feel you handle classroom management, have you ever planned something that didn't work out, how did you adapt, etc...)
- Instead of asking for your biggest strength or weakness they asked for 2-3 of each!
