Interview Details Pretty basic. Just make sure you have a clean background and always remain honest. This company is a great stepping stone. Don't lie on any of the questions. I know that on some sites they still use the polygraph before you get the job. Make sure that you have the ability to learn all the tasks. Ask as many questions as you can because some information is not given to you.
Interview Question – Give a detailed time when production mattered to you. View Answer
Negotiation Details – No negotiation.

Interview Details
I was contacted by an HR person for the branch I applied to. I was invited in to "fill out some paper work and speak with the branch manager".
Upon arriving at the location I was asked to fill out some background check paperwork, and a domestic violence waiver.
After filling out the paperwork the branch manager came in and introduced himself. He asked me absolutely no questions. He told me how awesome Loomis is as a company. He did explain it was dangerous and under appreciated work. After about 15 minutes of him telling me how awesome the company is he told me he had many more interviews to do. He said I would hear something in 2 weeks. 2 days later I received a thanks but no thanks card in the mail.
Interview Question – No questions were asked. Answer Question

Interview Question – Questions on the polygraph can be tricky. Own up to anything questionable before the test Answer Question
Negotiation Details – non-negotiable
Accepted Offer – Interviewed on Memphis, TN (US) Aug 2009 – Reviewed Jan 21, 2010
Interview Details Applied online. Received a phone call scheduling a time for me to come to complete more of the process. They told me I could dress casual jean/khakis. When I arrived it was a group interview. There were several other people there. The HR manager had us complete a personality survey and some release of information forms. Whenever we all were finished we handed it to the assistant. The HR manager then came back and started telling us a little about the company and then we watched a video about the job. We were then taken for one on one interviews. I was then given a polygraph time. Yes you do have to polygraph for this position. Within a few days they had my background and polygraph report back and offered my a conditional employment based on a drug test and physical. A few days after I took those they offered me the position to start the following monday.
Interview Question – On the personality survey it asks the same questions more than once to make sure you are paying attention and answering honestly? View Answer
Negotiation Details – No there was a set wage scale. Everyone started at the same rate. $10.50 an hour
