Interview Details I had applied job through online application and then received a call for interview. I went for interview and the store owner took my interview and he asked me a lot of questions about my previous job like what i have to do in that job and so on.

Interview Details First you apply online make an id in their portal, you apply to restaurants in different location suitable to you limit is 10 franchise, then you wait for the interview call once you're called for interview through portal, you choose the best possible time you're available to give interview and then you're interviewed that day .

You rock up, they pretty much give you the job. main thing is
'why do you want to work for mcondalds' --> just list ur personality
they will ask you some behavioral questions- tell us a time where you exceeded the expectations of others.
n most of all they ask you for ur availabiilty ... how flexible your roster is..
