I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Meditech in June 2011
Interview
The first consisted of a resume review; the reviewer made little eye contact and wrote every word down. She described the job and its responsibilities and said I would move onto the next round. Seemed like a waste of time and energy spent traveling there. Very easily could have conducted a phone interview to save me the hour drive to their complex. They seemed more interested in hiring a body than a person.
Absolutely horrific. I had a phone screening with the recruiter that went well, but I didn't hear back for over a month. Eventually they got back to me with two times to pick from for a formal interview. I chose one, but never received an invitation. The day of the interview (which I had rearranged my schedule to make work), the recruiter informed me that we would have to reschedule. This happened AGAIN for my third round of interviews. Also, they send your references an entire worksheet to fill out. I was so embarrassed.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very basic questions about work experience. Mostly they talked at me about the company.
I applied online. I interviewed at Meditech (Canton, MA)
Interview
For the interview you need to prepare a presentation and present in front of different managers from different groups. They will ask about your previous work experience and your knowledge surrounding the healthcare industry. They will also ask you to write down what the job description is and why you would be a good candidate.

Question 1
What is an electronic health record (EHR)? State two benefits an EHR can provide to a healthcare organization.
usual behavioral interview questions, two rounds of interviews with the first being a basic phone screening. Required to create a presentation on a topic of your choice for the final round. Most frustrating aspect is the wait as I was promised to hear back in several months ago, but am still in the waiting stage.
