Interview Details The whole process makes you realize the fact that they know what they want and take their time to see if you fit the bill. The interview process is very rigorous. Had three phone interviews and one in person interview. Had to make one in person presentation. Technical Peers and seniors interviewed first and then the boss and his boss (I think). Very professional process and very organized prescheduled interviews with timeslots and conference setups. Everybody that interviewed me was there either in person or through a conference for the presentation. Got the feedback within a week.
Interview Question – Technical folks asked technical questions, in relation to the platform you used and level of experience. Was presented a problem and asked to solve it. Managers asked personality assessment questions. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Recruiter took care of all that. Got what I asked for.

Interview Details
The interview process starts with a phone call. During this phone call, the interview asked a multiple number of technical questions varying in degrees of difficulty over a wide range of technologies (active directory, exchange, linux, etc). It was a bit off setting, but if you stick with what you know, you should be good. After that came the group interview. This is not as intense as the phone interview. You are in a room with several people from different technical groups. They ask your standard behavior questions and try to get to know you, once that is done they ask about your previous technical experiences. Once done with that, you present your presentation about a past project you worked on (the presentation had to be no more than 10 minutes).
The hiring process did take about three weeks before an official offer was made. Also the role name and responsibilities did change once the offer was made. Originally the position was suppose to be in system administration, but it changed to include end user support and call center operations as well.
Interview Question – Personally there weren't any difficult questions. If you know your technologies and are open with what you don not know, you should be fine. Answer Question

Interview Details I applied the position on my university career website and heard back from them after a week for a phone interview with a senior analyst. The interview was really casual and we just talked through my resume. The second phone interview was followed by a week with a director. We first went through my background and he asked me a case study. I think I did not do well on the case so I didn't get the chance for an on-site interview.
Interview Question – How to optimize a retailer's catalog campaign? Answer Question

No Offer – Interviewed in King of Prussia, PA (US) – Reviewed Dec 14, 2012
Interview Details
I was submitted by a recruiting agency for a copyeditor position in Merkle's King of Prussia office. Despite being told the need to fill the role in the editing department was urgent, the interview process (two phone screens, a lengthy proofreading test, and an in-person meeting with people I'd be working with) seemed very protracted. Though I wasn't subjected to Merkle's infamous panel interview and presentation, the interview with the potential colleagues was nervewracking.
I will say that the people I interviewed with were, to a man, very candid about the amount of work in the position and that the hours are long.

Declined Offer – Interviewed in Philadelphia, PA (US) Oct 2012 – Reviewed Dec 11, 2012
Interview Details I had 2 initial phone screens with the Hiring Managers of the position before they brought me in for an onsite interview. The process took about a week. I met with their team of 5 copywriters for general Q&A and took a proofreading test to conclude the interview. Received feedback immediately that I was their leading candidate. The Hiring Manager told me this for 6 weeks before offering me a contractor position instead of the fulltime position I interviewed for. I had to politely decline.
Interview Question – Most unexpected question - Are you willing to work 60 hour weeks? Answer Question
Reason for Declining – Not willing to take a contractor position.
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Columbia, MD (US) – Reviewed Dec 03, 2012
Interview Details I had an initial phone conversation with a recruiter and then an in-person meeting with my boss and one of his direct reports. The final round of interviews was with the leadership I would be interacting with during my job, peers, subordinates, and my boss again. The last part of the interview was a presentation - they ask that everyone creates and presents a project that is relevant to the job you are interviewing for and how it is applicable. Overall, I had a very good experience.
Interview Question – How would you improve this process to make the team more effective? View Answer
Negotiation Details – Talked with recruiter about salary and negotiated offer with my boss.
Accepted Offer – Interviewed on Marlborough, MA (US) Feb 2012 – Reviewed Oct 12, 2012
Interview Details There was a phone interview first, then there was a walkin interview where I had to face two tech leads.
Interview Question – There are no difficult questions. It is mostly about your work experience and the tools you have worked in and some simple sql questions like joins. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There was no negotiation. They later selected me for a full time but they offered only 60,000 which was a little depressing.
