First interview was a webex interview with the hiring manager. This was very calm and an average interview with typical questions. The HM explained the position in more detail and asked questions about my resume.

2 rounds of interviews. First round F2F interview with two VPs, second round F2F interview with two Directors at the BAML offices. Friendly interviewers, who seemed genuinely interested in background and skills and fit for BAML.

I got the interview through on-campus recruiting, two people interviewed me for about half an hour with all behavior questions. Then I was offered to return to their main campus for 1-1 interviews with three different groups. Interview were conversational and consisted mostly behavior questions. 2 weeks later I was offered to choose which group I wanted to work for.
