I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at OMD (Los Angeles, CA) in June 2011
Interview
After applying online, I scheduled an interview where I met with the HR coordinator and then the Account Director. Both were very nice and helpful, especially the HR coordinator who always answered my emails and questions promptly. The interview wasn't too difficult. They just wanted to know my prior experiences. In the end, I did not receive a job offer since they found someone who was more experienced, but my experience was very positive and I wish that I could work there in the future.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at OMD
Interview
Multiple rounds of interviews in a four hour block. Each interview with a member of the team I was interviewing for. Some were 1 on 1, some with 2-3 at once.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at OMD in Sept 2020
Interview
First was a quick chat with HR about role expectations, then there was a call with the manager, more conversational style. Lastly, I met with the remainder of the team.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OMD (New York, NY) in Aug 2020
Interview
I spoke with the recruiter who sent my resume to the hiring manager. I heard back the next day wanting to set up an interview with the team. I talked to the hiring manager first, and then another worker in two different online interviews—both around 30 minutes. I receive an offer the following week!
Overall, it took about two weeks from the initial call with the recruiter to then getting the offer!
Advice: Be very lively and energetic, talk positively about the company and clients, and ask questions
