Interview Details I met a recruiter at my university career fair. Called by HR the week following, had a 1:1 interview a few days later, & now it's going on 2 weeks without feedback. From my understanding it is a lengthy interviewing process
Interview Question – Standard questions. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? etc. etc. Answer Question

Interview Details
After applying online I had phone interview then I had to take a 30 question simulation test using excel and a typing test. I had an in person interview with a recruiter then another interview with a manager. After that I had an interview with the VP (don't remember of what department.) I also had a math/English assessment before my in person interview.
Before the phone interview they told me they wouldn't hire someone who had had a dui or bankruptcy. I didn't have either so I didn't think there would be a problem. I received an offer and they did a background/drug/credit check. A few days later they told me my credit wasn't good enough and they retracted the offer. Wish I knew that before I spent all that time going to interviews. Didn't think credit would matter since the position was basically a customer service position.
Interview Question – I did a role play about how I would deal with a customer. ..The questions were pretty typical. Why did you apply at Paycom? What are your strengths/ weaknesses? Tell us about yourself? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? How did you deal with an unhappy customer? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There wasn't negotiation all Payroll Specialist start at $13.65 but there are different levels that you can move up in.

Interview Details It was definitely a process!! There were a few steps and a final interview with the chief sales officer. I really enjoyed the chance to go out in the field with an experienced rep and see what it was all about. I think that is when I realized that this is where I want to be!

Interview Details All in all, I felt the interview process was more than fair. Are there multiple steps? Yes. But sometimes things worth getting have to be worked for. I say this even though I unfortuantely did not receive an offer from this company. The employee that answered the door seemed happy to be there and so did the other people working. I was early and the manager came out right when she knew I was there; it was a conversational interview and it seemed like she was genuinely interested in what I was saying. I was passed on to a webcam interview as a second step but my process stopped after that. I still think this is a great opportunity for anyone looking to have a sales career - plenty of room to grow, high energy in the office etc.
Interview Question – What role do you usually step into when you join a team and can you give me an example? Answer Question
No Offer – Interviewed in Charlotte, NC (US) Mar 2012 – Reviewed Dec 06, 2012
Interview Details Contacted by a recruiter by phone and after a 20 minute conversation was asked to schedule a 1:1 interview with regional sales manager. The interview was a standard behavioral interview. During the interview, the interviewer acknowledged that they had been searching for a candidate for the position for several months and no one had "fit the bill" that they were looking for. I received no response after the interview even after attempts to follow up for several weeks. A few months later, I was called by another recruiter interested in scheduling me for an interview for the same position.
Interview Question – Nothing outside of an ordinary behavioral interview. Answer Question

Interview Details If you feel like the base salary is too good to be true… that’s because it is. I went to this interview, seemed like a shell of an office with not many people at all, just a big empty space. It was dull and depressing... You only need a 2.5gpa to get this job… if your desperate go for it.

Interview Details Spoke with paycom at a job fair. They were very nice and I scheduled an interview with them. They canceled my interview the day of. That was a pain because I had to drive 2 hours to get to their office. I did not reschedule another interview because reviews about this company were pretty bad

Pros: The work atmosphere at Paycom is amazing. It feels like I am truly appreciated for the work I do, and I'm not just a number. I honestly love what I do because I have a variety of duties that are all different, so it's not the same thing everyday… – Full Review `
