RAPP Interview Questions

Had an interview scheduled with a recruiter. Was initially told by the recruiter that we would have to reschedule, which is understandable. However, after rescheduling, I never received a call from the recruiter. Reached out to see what the issue was, never received a response. This behavior is indicative that unprofessionalism and mediocracy is commonplace in across organization, I have no future interest in interviewing or working with this company.

3 rounds and spoke to different account team members. It was a very standard process and just casual conversations, no design presentation involved. It took up some time getting the offer letter ready due to the company logistics.

3 stage - HR assessment, personality assessment, presentation. the presentation is relating to work you have done previously and will be with the SAD and GAD. Before that you tend to only meet AD and HR. HR very slow, took 6 weeks from offer to start date due to lack of capacity

2 stage interview process which was pretty smooth and usual competency based questions from the interviewers. 1st was with Head of Department then 2nd was with the department managers I would be working with.

First stage interview with SVP Second stage in-person with wider team presenting 6 month new biz strategy deck + received office tour (ghosted for over a month) Third stage in-person with CEO Avoid - complete waste of time and effort, no offer and told they've decided to re-write the JD. I wish they told me sooner so I could have saved money on the travel costs...

Ghosted after a positive final interview. Several virtual and in person interviews with both junior and senior team members in various locations. Each lasted about 30 minutes and the process was structured as typical set of elimination rounds. The more interviews, the farther you advanced as a candidate. Bottom line: Don’t waste your time with RAPP. As a job seeker, your time and talent are too valuable to simply be ignored.

It is about 30 to 45 minutes session and there's really nothing out of the box. Learn about the position you want to be in and stick to what you stated in your resume.

There were two interviews, very relaxed and conversational! The interviewers were friendly and just want to get to know you. I believe you typically get interviewed by managers and directors.

I would say it was fast > I only got to the first round and then the choose other candidates to follow the process but at lest they let me know

Bastante ágil y claro. Fueron varias entrevistas pero se cumplía cuando se decía los plazos de aviso por si o por no. siempre avisaban por mail y por WhatsApp. Y se concretaba rápidamente el horario para la próxima parte de la selección.
