Interview Details In my experience the interview is based upon skills and accomplishments. They want to make sure you have the technical skills/abilities, but there are few if any behavioral questions. Mostly if you have the skills and the hiring manager likes you at the interview you will get the job.

Interview Details I filled out the application online and also sent my Resume with a current SAIC Employee I knew. I was contacted for a phone screening and once I moved to the next level, I participated in two more face to face interviews at an SAIC location. I was offered the position in less than a week. Start to finish, the whole process took 6 months.

Interview Details
Hiring process was a little bit difficult. The recruiters had some technical issues on my online application form. It took a while to fix the technical issue.
The interview was simple. The hiring manager just talked about the type of work, not difficult questions. The hiring manager pointed out a specific thing: people were hard to deal with.

Interview Details I received a phone call from who would become my direct supervisor. Then I came in for a single interview with the same supervisor and someone on conference call who was his counterpart in another city, but who works closely with this team. The interview lasted about an hour, where the supervisor explained the job and asked me some questions about my experience. The person on the phone was more technically minded and asked me some technical questions.
Interview Question – I was asked if I knew what "WoW" was, meaning "windows on windows 64-bit" which is what allows 32-bit applications to work in a 64-bit environment. View Answer

Interview Details Interview lasted most of the day. Met with several teams of software engineers, and individually with managers. The process starts with a written Java and C++ programming proficiency exam. You are given an hour, and based on your results you continue the interview or exit early. Exam questions are reasonable for someone skilled in the languages. One team were the technical sharks and grilled hard on multithreading and software design. The other teams tested more for fit with the culture.
Interview Question – Explain how to implement a multithreaded GUI in Java. How would you design a search engine? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Able to negotiate salary and increased vacation time.

Interview Details Initially contacted by HR to set up in person interview. Met with supervisor of the project, VP of division and an engineer who was in my field. The interview wasn't very technical since it was for an internship, but the common behavioral questions were asked. Everyone was very professional and the process went by smoothly. Was contacted about a week later notifying me that I was selected.

Personal Interview was very unrespectful and rushed to kick me out after couple question.

Interview Details Resume submitted via email. Manager telephoned me a few days later. We talked briefly about the opportunity. He knew, after a couple of minutes, that I was fully experienced and could easily handle the job. I was hired a day later and reported to the job site within one week.
Interview Question – No difficult or unexpected questions. I don't believe that this company wastes their time and your time with absurd sociological and/or trick questions intended to somehow disqualify you like some other companies do. SAIC is professional and they treat potential employees professionally. They do not condescend or insult your intelligence. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – The salary offered was acceptable. So, no negotiations.
