I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Target
Interview
The interview process was pretty laid back. I was shown the area i would be working at then was taken to the upstairs office where i was interviewed by the lady who showed me the fitting room area then interviewed by an executive. They got back to me fairly quickly and offered me a cashier position instead of the fitting room operator position which wasnt a big deal since the pay was the same.

Question 1
All the questions i was asked were pretty well covered on this website, just make sure you have a lot of examples from previous jobs because most of the questions were about how you handled somewhat difficult things in the past and what the result was.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Bowling Green, KY) in June 2015
Interview
The interview was super easy. Probably the easiest one I have ever had. Seemed like they wanted to hire me before the interview even started. I was only asked about three standard "interview" questions and they were simple ones.

I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Alexandria, VA) in June 2015
Interview
There were two separate interviews. The first one consisted of typical interview questions. The second interviewer asked all behavioral/situational questions. Be prepared to give very detailed, specific answers.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Simpsonville, SC) in Sept 2014
Interview
It was fairly easy. Once you pass the online test, they'll ask for you to come into the interview. In some instances, they will ask you to come back for a second or third interview, spanning over a few days. However, for me, they just asked me if I had time then in there for me second and third. I said yes, and each time they asked me the same questions, pretty much. They like to see honesty and excitement; it gives them hope that you will contribute well to the guest experience.
