    I was placed through the on campus drive. The first round was aptitude and the second was the personal interview. The aptitude round had both verbal and quantitative questions to be answered. You could get through the aptitude part if you are good in logical thinking on a contrary to a book worm with formulas! The interview was pretty standard with two technical interviewers and a HR. They were questioning for 25 Minutes and asking about the results and achievements in the field of my course. (in my case Computer Science & Engineering). And that was all. I explained everything with real life examples and I was in :) All the best

    I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Tata Consultancy Services.

    Interview Details

    One behavioral interview (i.e. How did you deal with this situation?) followed by one technical interview. The technical interview went pretty poorly for me, but luckily the questions I was asked were geared more toward a Business Intelligence intern so I don't really understand what happened there. I ended up getting the internship, but I had a better offer in my hometown.

    mismanagement during hiring process..low level employees are disgusting.very sorry tcs. you could not impress me atoll. The entire processs was a blunder.please HR people who go to colleges tell them to be more professional

    The process took 2 days.
    On the first day a written test was conducted.
    IT consisted of two sections:
    1.A formal business e-mail(time duration:10 min)
    2.questions on aptitude(30 questionswith negative marking)
    For all the shortlisted candidates personal interviews were conducted on the next day.
    In the technical interview,questions were based on data structures,algorithms,operating system and databases.
    In the HR interview,questions based on the resume were asked.Questions on my Strengths and weaknesses,puzzles,about my role model,few puzzles were also asked.

    Applied in the campus, gave them resume directly, 3 days later HR contacted me to schedule interview. In the first round, it is just about some behavior question, like why you choose this company. The second round is the technical interview, there is no coding problems, just basic conceptual things based on your resume.

    I have attended the interview with reference. That is one of the worst interviews I have ever experienced. The interviewer was not at all interested. He has taken 5 to 10 min gap to ask another question. He has no knowledge at all. Don't understand how he was selected for TCS . I answered almost every question and finally I was rejected.

    Applied through campus hiring. Poor process handling. Didnt expected this from such a company. No transparency. I had given two.interviews and interviewer was very much happy and gave a good response even asked for prefered location and profile but dont know where I got eliminated. No reason given. Such a shame for that big organisation. Even interviewer were not having proper skill set for the intrrview they just google and ask questions..
