Never met with my actual potential new manager, said there would be a 3rd interview, there never was, just went straight to offer, they wanted a response QUICK too and it wasn't a great offer

3 Step interview. smooth, informational, and understanding conversations. They work and will negotiate as long as you have the required skill set. You will speak with the Hiring Director and then the General Manager. Not bad of an interview process.

laid back casual conversation, interviewer seemed somewhat uneducated in the role they were hiring for. overall left with uneasy feeling as they welcomed me to the team prior to any paperwork
