Interview Details Meet with HR first over the phone, pass this test and speak to the hiring manager over the phone. Next step is and in person interview with a handful of people (peers, customers and management). Second round interviews usually don't happen, decisions are quickly made if you are the right candidate. If it take a while to hear back, they are interested - but want to see if they can find someone better
