Interview Details Lengthy process of around 90 days with 6 rounds of interview and much procrastination, which showed a very risk-averse and over-cautious culture. This wasn't a senior job! The HR person didn't give feedback or updates for a month after all the interviews were done and I was at offer stage.
Interview Question – No difficult questions. Just a frustratingly long process and being left hanging in limbo for a month at offer stage made them look unprofessional. Answer Question

Interview Details Applied through campus recruiting, received interview two weeks later. Interview was very basic - some behavioral and basic accounting questions. Was told I would be moving on to final round and would receive an email shortly. After following up two weeks later, it took them 8 more weeks to let me know I wasn't moving on.

Interview Details
The interview process started with a group interview, followed by an interview with the store manager, and finally an interview with the District Manager.
Everyone that I interviewed was great. The District Manager was up front, and let me know that many people fold under the pressure during the first 6 months, but primarily because they don't want to make any extra effort to gain leads through the "warm lead" calling list.
Interview Question – All the questions were pretty generic: Why do you want to work for Wells Fargo? What benefits do you think you possess that will be valuable to Wells Fargo? Explain your previous sales experience. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – The negotiation was very simple. They start everyone with the same salary. Those that prove their worth get a raise almost immediately. Plus they offer great a great incentive program if you hit your goals.

Interview Details
I applied online and was invited for a group interview about a week later. The group interview had 16 people in it and they all had various backgrounds. I received a call from HR a few hours later for an interview with a location. The interview was 3 days later and when I got there, the guy thought my interview was moved and there was confusion for 20 minutes while he got everything straightened out. The other person that was supposed to interview me with him was 40 minutes late.
So in the interview when he FINALLY arrived, his cell phone went off, his car alarm which was right outside, and he kept making jokes. So not only were they unprofessional, but I sat there for 3 weeks only to be told I didn't get it even though I know a good bit about business and customer service because of the people that interviewed me. They also pay a little less than most banks.

Recruitment HR's are very efficient, Process was very simple
1. Call from HR confirming details, etc.
2. Technical Rounds
Though I went for QA4 position which is equivalent to Lead, after going through my skills panel gave feedback that I am more suitable for QA5 position also If I am okay I can join QA4.
This is very rare, managers/ Interview panel is actually looking for the best of candidates skill rather than just to cut their pain by filling the position.
Now I am waiting for QA5 position to open.

Interview Details They go a long tedious process like other banks do. Unlike other big banks WF didnt do a phone interview but did a GROUP INTERVIEW. To be honest, I hate both methods. After you sumit your resume, they will email you with automatic set up date that you can use to go to a group interview if your resume has what they are looking for. The group interview process was somewhat intimidating because Im not a good speech maker talking besides crowds. There were at least 15 people in the room fightinging for maybe one or two position. WF person tells you that you will be located to your desired area once you get hired. Enough of that talk, some people in the room were already over qualified. They make you watch stupid videos and it was a complete waste of 2 hours of my life.

Interview Details
I applied for this internship online by searching their career section. After I applying, I heard back via email about a month and a half later. To be honest, since it took so long for them to get back to me I had assumed that I hadn't been selected for an internship.
I did one phone interview with the recruiter. My recruiter was awesome, he gave me tips on what the hiring managers would ask and how I should answer them. After my interview with him, I had a second phone interview with the hiring manager and VP for the region. They asked me to describe problems I had faced in the past and how I overcame them. They also asked me to describe a challenge in the workplace and how I went about solving it. Make sure you prepare for this interview, you will look foolish if you don't.
Interview Question – I knew what questions were coming thanks to my recruiter, however they did take time to think about and process how I would answer them. Ask your recruiter what you should expect in the next round of interviews and they will most likely give you some hints. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There was no negotiation, they offered $15/hr and I accepted.

Interview Details First interview is over the phone with the recruiter (gatekeeper) and you are asked questions about yourself, your accomplishments, and any community/charity work you have done... Once you WOW the recruiter the next step is a panel interview with at least 3 people. They ask you behavioral questions and again are looking for you do stand out by explaining what you have accomplished.
Interview Question – I did not find the questions to be hard, I do feel that you need to prepare in order to make them seamless stories that will translate easily. The unexpected one is regarding community work or charities you are involved in and what do you personally contribute to them. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – You are then given an offer letter if applicable and salary is non-negotiable; but it is $15/hr.
