Applied online through their website. A week later I got a call from the manager asking me to come in for an interview. The interview was very simple. They asked if I worked well with others. My customer service experience as well as my previous work experience.

Question 1
Describe a time when you worked with a team to overcome a difficult problem.
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
