What does "We believe in people mean to you?"

I wasn't expecting this questions at all and I vaguely remembered reading about it on their website. I think I answered something like, "I know this relates to one of H&M's core values, respect for people. Personally, when I hear this I think about how positivity can be contagious between people and I think that's something that we sometimes forget. It makes me think about how we should give people the opportunity to be better and give them the benefit of the doubt."
