"You are a CEO. There is a press-conference, related to an accident, involving your equipment. One of the journalists stated that your company buys cheap parts and makes profit by saving on safety. Your response? Note that the response will be translated on TV."

First I would like to express for the condolance to the family who are affected with this mishap and would like to give more information about our company policy for procurement of items with upmost Quality considering highest grade of safty for materials based on international standard and confidently we are adhering to this Procurement Policy from the Year XXXX .We would like to investigate the case of Equipment failure as their are several factors associated with the equipment failures and we can conclude only on basic of factual condition of the equipment and related process.
